We have some exciting changes at Salon A! First, we are happy to have Yolanda Tocci join us. Yolanda has been working in the Chevy Chase area, and is someone we've had our eye on for while. An excellent stylist and a former salon owner, she is a great addition to our team.
Also, we are now offering facials and body treatments! For five years we've been committed to providing top quality hair services, but when we met esthetician Lena Levanda we were so impressed by her talent, experience and philosophy that we built a spa room just for her. Lena believes in using natural methods and products to achieve healthy skin. She uses the suki skincare line, which contains natural and organic ingredients - a perfect complement to our haircare lines, which also focus on a healthy hair and scalp using plant-based ingredients. In fact, clients have started following their facial appointments with scalp treatments, for a complete re-balancing, restorative, and rejuvenating experience for both face and hair.
Another bonus is that Lena offers foot reflexology and upper body massage. At 15 or 30 minute increments, it is a great service to enjoy either while your color is processing, or if your stylist is running behind. Or, of course, if you just need a little stress relief and don't have time to commit to a 90 minute service.
